Whether you are a seasoned neonatal kitten care foster or a newbie, please join the Elk Grove Animal Shelter Neonatal Kitten Care class to increase your knowledge of how to care for these precious little ones, 0-5 weeks old. Our non-profit supports the Elk Grove Animal Shelter (EGAS) Foster Program with foster recruitment, training, supplies, and mentoring.
